Queensbury sits at the northern edge of Brent, a largely inter-war suburban ward laid out around the Jubilee line station. The whole ward falls inside a conservation area reflecting its planned 1930s character. The seven listed buildings include the Grade II Kingsbury Manor and the Grade II Mecca Bingo (a former cinema, Grade II listed), and eleven outstanding-rated schools sit within reach. Roe Green Park provides sixteen hectares of green space, food venues along the high street are plentiful, and housing is more affordable than inner Brent.
