Hillside sits west of Wimbledon town centre in the London Borough of Merton, covering the streets climbing towards Wimbledon Village and the Common. The ward takes in a mix of Victorian and Edwardian terraces plus more recent infill, and around 36 percent sits inside a conservation area.
