The whole ward sits within a conservation area and heritage is exceptional: 61 listed buildings include the Grade I Cosmic House designed by Charles Jencks, and the Grade II* Royal Crescent terraces at numbers 1-6 and 7-44. Transport is good via Holland Park and Latimer Road, 26 outstanding schools are in reach, and Notting Hill's food scene is on the doorstep.
