The two listed buildings are tightly focused: the Grade II* Ace Cinema, a 1936 streamlined Art Deco former cinema by Frank Bromige with its distinctive stylised elephant-head façade, now the Zoroastrian Centre for Europe; and the Grade II Rayners Lane Underground Station, designed by Reginald Uren and Charles Holden for the 1938 rebuild.
