Chiswick Gunnersbury covers the north-west corner of Chiswick around Gunnersbury Park and the Chiswick High Road junction with Acton. Two-thirds of the ward sits inside a conservation area. The forty-one listed buildings include the Grade II* Voysey House — the only commercial building by C. F. A. Voysey, built in 1902 as part of the Sanderson wallpaper works — along with the Grade II* Gunnersbury Park Museum and the Grade II* Temple in Gunnersbury Park. Gunnersbury Park itself runs to 64.5 hectares and anchors the ward's green offer at over eighty hectares; it was a Rothschild family estate from 1835 until 1925, when the park was opened for public use. Six Ofsted outstanding rated schools fall within reach, transport is reasonable on the District line and Overground, and the food and retail offer is well-developed. Crime and air quality are pulled down by the A4 and North Circular traffic at the ward's edges.
